The Integrations page on the platform provides the ability to integrate popular CRM and Lead Generation systems to Lead Assign.

The Lead Assign development team strives to make integrations easier and more accessible. If there is a CRM or Lead Generation source that should be integrated into the Lead Assign system but does not appear on this page, please email the support team at support

Email Endpoint

Lead sources should be directed to the Email Endpoint specific to the company’s account found on the Integration page. This is the simplest way to ensure incoming leads are flowing directly into the Lead Assign platform.

Other System Integration

LionsDesk Integration

Each LionDesk user has their own unique LionDesk email address.

  1. To get an agent’s unique LionDesk email address, go to the “Settings” screen.
  2. In the “Settings” page click on the “Lead Distribution and Team Settings” tab.
  3. On the top of the page, you will find your Unique LionDesk email.
  4. In Lead Assign, click on the user and enter the email address in the “Forward Accepted” field in the right sidebar.

Now, when a lead is accepted in Lead Assign, it should appear in their LionDesk account at which point you can set up additional drip type functions.
