The Interface Customizations section not only allows the administrator to specify languages, but also gives the administrator the power to change the terms. For example, instead of calling a lead “New Lead Opportunity,” this can be changed to “New Potential Client.” This would be accomplished by adding the rule: Group “lead-new” Key “email.title” Translation “New Potential Client” Locale “English”.
The Translation field is where the administrators populates the information that needs to be displayed.
The Locale field is used to define what language an agent’s profile must be set to in order to see the translations.
