The lead dashboard provides an overview of all leads that flow through the system.

Leads are listed chronologically as they have been entered. They show all the pertinent information, including who is handling the lead and what stage of conversion they are at.

An administrator can:

  • Export leads based on date range
  • View where the lead is in the sales process
  • View a detailed account of the lead history including:
    • The lead contact details and initial enquiry
    • Routing history (who was offered the lead)
    • Comments submitted by the agent who accepted the lead
