Simple Configurations

Round-robin configuration for all agents

  1. Click on “Settings” from the side navigation.
  2. Click on “Advanced” from the top navigation.
  3. Check the box “Every agent qualifies for all leads.”
  4. Click “Update Company” at the bottom of the screen.

With this box checked, all agents qualify for any lead regardless of matching tags.
